Lakewood Tennis Club - Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership of Lakewood creates an Annual Subscription which will automatically renew each year on it's expiry date. You will receive eMail notifications one month in advance of your membership's expiry date. You can cancel your subscription renewal anytime within the month by emailing the club at TennisLakewood@gmail.com It is your responsibility to notify the club in advance of your renewal date, if you wish to cancel your membership subscription. Otherwise, your subscription will be collected and no refund will be due.

By joining Lakewood Tennis Club you are agreeing to abide by the rules of the club and to our Child Protection Policy. Breaches of Club rules, harassment of any kind or bad behaviour to fellow members or committee members will lead to disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of club membership, without refund.

Security Fobs for court & club house access may be purchased at a cost of €15 each. Fobs can be collected at any Club Night Wednesday & Friday from 8pm to 10pm

Guests - Members may invite guests to play with them. Each guest can only play 5 times in each calendar year, regardless of who invites them. The full name of each guest must be entered on eBooking when booking a court. The cost of €3 euro per hour per guest is charged when booking the court and is shared evenly by the club members on the booking. If a member wishes to exceed the yearly limit, they must get approval in advance from the tennis committee. No guests are allowed during peak hours. Peak hours are indicated by an asterix * in the ebooking time slot.

Court Lights currently cost €6 per hour per court, payable when booking on our eBooking system. The cost is shared evenly between the players on the booking.

Helping Out - We are a non profit community club run by members for the benefit of all members. We expect members to help with the running of the club when ever possible. All help is greatly appreciated.
